Estadi Olímpic PRM access
It is an information, access, reception, and support service aimed at people with reduced mobility (PRM), once they have arrived at Estadi Olímpic.
The service is intended for the interested person + one single companion.
It will be required that both, the interested person and their companion, hold a ticket for the event to access the venue through the PRM gate.
Proof of disability or reduced mobility must be provided through an official document or a recent medical report.
The seats reserved for PRM are located in areas that ensure proper evacuation in case of emergency. Their number is limited, and allocation is made on a first-come, first-served basis depending on availability.
Only high-risk pregnancies justified by a recent medical report will be allowed to access through the PRM gate. Once inside the venue, you must occupy the seat corresponding to the ticket purchased.
Please note that distances both outside and inside the venue are considerable, and we do not provide wheelchairs for accompaniment.

Accessible Seating (PRM – Persons with Reduced Mobility)
Purchase your accessible seating tickets for persons with reduced mobility (PRM) only through the official sales channels. You will find the correct purchase link in our event calendar (search for your event and access the ticket purchase link).
PRM tickets are limited and reserved exclusively for individuals who have purchased this type of ticket, plus one companion.
If PRM tickets are sold out and you use a wheelchair, please contact us. We will do our best to facilitate your access and accommodate you and your companion in the designated accessible areas.
If you have mobility limitations and have purchased a standard seated or standing ticket, you will need to use the ticketed location assigned to you. We can only attempt to relocate you to the PRM area if you use a wheelchair.
If you have recently been injured and expect to still have mobility limitations on the day of the event, please purchase a PRM ticket.

- Adapted/accessible restrooms are available. Our staff will direct you to them upon your arrival.
- Medical assistance is available at all events. If you require assistance, please notify a member of the venue staff.
- If you have hearing sensitivity or photosensitivity, please be aware that some performances may include special effects, flashing lights, and high sound levels that could affect your experience. The venue accepts no responsibility for any adverse effects that may result.
