FC Barcelona's first team will play at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys for the 2023-2024 season. Barcelona City Council, Barcelona de Serveis Municipals (B:SM), which manages the facility, and Futbol Club Barcelona have reached an agreement that will allow the Club to use the Estadi Olímpic while part of the remodelling of Camp Nou is being carried out.

The first deputy mayor and president of B:SM, Jaume Collboni, and the president of FC Barcelona, Joan Laporta, detailed the terms of the contract,  in the press conference held in the Esplanade of the Olympic Ring on 21 June 2022.

FC Barcelona will be able to use the stadium between August 2023 and May 2024. The loan will be for match days of the men's first team and pre- and post-match preparations. FC Barcelona will also be able to use the stadium, on an occasional basis, for training and other sporting events, including the needs of the women's team.
