Things can be said in many ways, but Tom McFarland, Joshua Lloyd-Watson and Lydia Kitto realised long ago that everything sounds better when expressed in falsetto. That’s how Jungle have been making midnight confessions to us for over a decade. Theirs are stories that glide along on rollerblades, coaxing us with retro-tinged charm into believing that the London neighbourhood of Shepherd’s Bush (where they are from) has a buzz like the Californian Arcadia of the seventies (where their minds are).

Smooth disco and sleek funk are the stuff their dreams are made of, shared with a devoted audience that has propelled them into the premier league of refined dance music alongside Kaytranada, Parcels and Channel Tres.

Three years on from Volcano, Jungle are now about to release their new album, which will have a title which perfectly suits their sparkling sound, Sunshine. The British trio will present the fifth album of their career, due to be released in mid-August,  on 27th October at Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona.
