Coinciding with the start of the concerts scheduled to take place at the Estadi Olimpic Lluís Companys this year, the Anella Olímpica is launching an information campaign to encourage the public to use sustainable means of transport for their journeys.
Under the slogan "The Estadi Olímpic is very close. Try the most sustainable way to get there", the campaign aims to be a reflection of the Anella Olímpica's commitment to the sustainability of all its activities, a position that translates into the introduction of different actions and measures to reduce the impact on areas as diverse as waste generation, energy consumption or, as in this case, the city's mobility.
The general objective of the initiative is to encourage people who enjoy the different events to travel to the stadium by public transport or on foot in advance in order to reduce pollutant emissions and congestion.
To achieve this, both the website and the social networks of the Anella Olímpica (@EstadiOlimpic & @PalauSantJordi) and other City Council channels provide mobility tips and recommendations that, among other things, encourage the use of the metro and the different bus lines that connect to the Stadium.
